Decent breakfast with a variety of tasty hot and cold options to choose from! 🍳

We were late arriving but phoned ahead and they waited for us. The garage parking was essential and convenient, right under the hotel for 9 Euros a night. There was no other parking available. Breakfast was a rather sad do-it-yourself affair with no staff in sight at all - buffet and coffee flasks etc. But as a one-night stopover it was perfect.

Appreciated the place, had a very very good stay for the one night we had there. The food was great, with a great selection of options. The room was well-equipped and beautifully decorated with air con when upgraded. The bus stop was 400 metres away.

Wi-Fi was hopeless also the bathroom I had was cold.

The rooms here are spacious and offer a nice view from the patio; we enjoyed our stay and plan to return when we can.

poor quality breakfast - croissaints and sliced bread were not fresh - limited choice of cold meats - cold cooked egg was not inviting. 'superior double' did not have any 'superior' qualities.

the efficient stuff makes this hotel a reasonably priced and lovely small place to visit. the room is well-appointed with patio view.

This place is conveniently located near a great restaurant and popular attractions.

Very nice staff, easy to find, easy on-site garage, very quiet room. Good mattress. Nice bath. Good value and no problems.

The 11 Euro breakfast is over-priced; we skipped it.The admirable energy consciousness is great except that the AC is off when you're out, so it's stuffy upon return. Not a big deal really.

This hotel is a great value for money, offering affordable prices for a comfortable stay. The staff is attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities, including a large bathroom with a shower and air conditioning. We also enjoyed the patio view from our room, which added to the pleasant experience. Moreover, the breakfast provided a reasonable choice, ensuring a good start to the day.

The hotel advertised that there was WIFI all over the hotel, but that didn't work, could only your computer at the bar.

The Hotel was very well located for seeing the main attractions of Albi. Parking was convenient, although the approach to the garage was a bit convoluted.

Carpet had several stains and appeared dirty. Shower had no splash panel to keep the floor from being soaked.

Hotel Chiffre Albi offers great value for money, especially considering its central location just off the main plaza in a beautiful city in July. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service and attention to detail. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with spacious bathrooms and a choice of either air conditioning or a patio view. Additionally, the breakfast selection is satisfying, providing a good start to the day.
